The exterior render on this large detached property in Kent had been neglected for many years and needed a full preparation process — removing much of the existing render and treating the walls with a fungicidal wash to eliminate algae. Old paint was stripped in places before the polymer resin base coat, primer and a beautiful white textured finish went on, covering every imperfection for a uniform result.
