Check If Your Property QualifiesTakes less than 60 secondsThese terms and conditions govern the provision of exterior wall coating services by First Coat Solutions Ltd, trading as Pinnacle Wall Coatings ("we", "us", "our").
Our property survey is genuinely free and carries no obligation to proceed. Following your survey, we will provide a fixed price quotation based on your property's specific requirements.
Prices are confirmed in writing following your free survey and are fixed for the scope of work agreed. Any changes to the scope of work will be agreed with you in writing before proceeding.
All work is covered by our full 20-year guarantee. If anything covered by the guarantee fails during that period, we will return and fix it at no cost to you. The guarantee covers the coating application and its performance; it does not cover damage caused by structural movement, third-party work, or acts outside our control.
All surveys and applications are carried out by our own directly employed staff. We do not use sub-contractors for any part of the process.
You may cancel your order in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details will be provided in your contract paperwork.
We will beat any genuine, like-for-like quote from a comparable contractor for the same scope of work in England and Wales. Proof of the competing quote is required.
