We only every use a range of the best quality materials on the market from a variety of ISO9000 accredited manufacturers. You can’t buy the specialist resin coatings from us to do yourself as we are not the manufacture and you have to be a registered company with the manufactures to use their materials.  A lot of training is required along with many years of experience.

Yes, our wall coatings are at least twenty times thicker than standard masonry paint and are very successfully at prevent heat loss. Fillers within the product protect the substrate from water ingress, keeping walls warmer and drier and reducing your energy bills.

In the vast majority of cases yes, our coatings cure all forms of damp, mould/algae growth and green walls. Protection from damp falls under our 15-year guarantee. We’re all well aware of the health issues associated with damp, such as respiratory problems and headaches. Our staff won’t use shock tactics to sell to you, but will simply provide you with the facts so you can make an informed choice.

I'm afraid not no. We don’t paint windows, doors or woodwork as we are not hand painters but sprayers of a resin based masonry coating which is only fit for purpose on exterior walls (not interiors).

I'm afraid not no. We don’t replace fascias or eaves, barge boards, guttering or down pipes. We will mask and cover these before we spray apply our protective and decorative wall coatings.

I'm afraid not no. We don’t just repair cracks or do repairs in isolation. We fix and repair cracks as part of our whole wall coating system and application process.

Yes, we can certainly help with commercial properties like hotels and B&B's etc. We can't do things like flats unless the whole building is treated and the management committee are involved and are fully on board. We don’t go through 3rd parties like builders or insurance companies though as we only deal direct with the home or property owner.  Not tenants.

Our prices start from just £3,500 plus scaffolding if required. This usually represents an area of around 40-50 sq meters maximum.  For example the front or back of mid terrace. The size, type, situation and current state of your property will be factors that determine the price it would cost for your property. Depending on the time of the year, we can typically start within a month or placing your order. If this is not the case, we'll let you know at the time of placing your order. If you have any questions, your surveyor is the first point of contact. They’ll always leave full contact details to ensure you can reach them at all times.

This will depend on the size of the job, ease of access, the prevailing weather conditions and the level of renovations/repairs required before we can apply our coating. To give you an example, a small house with good access in good weather conditions would usually take three days to complete. Larger properties can take up to two weeks. To minimise the inconvenience to you, we always try to complete your job (to an exceptional standard) as quickly as possible. One thing we guarantee is that our staff will concentrate on your job until it’s finished (they won’t be moving backwards and forwards between two or three different jobs at any one time). That's a promise.

It's highly likely that your property will be suitable, yes. We’ve successfully applied our coatings to many types of residential and commercial properties, from semi-detached houses to high-rise flats. We also have experience on major construction projects. It’s more than likely your building will be suitable; however, a free survey will determine this. Please note: unfortunately, we do not apply our coatings to static caravans or mobile homes.
